ClawHarbor provides managed hosting for personal AI assistants built on the OpenClaw framework. We provision, maintain, and update your AI assistant infrastructure so you can focus on using it.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up-to-date
• Ensuring you do not provide any data you wouldn't like to be accessible to others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available only for 3 days after purchase.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will notify users in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClawHarbor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
